SMOS is a member of a seven parish holistic ministry to, for, and by seniors. Our parish is represented by the parish nurse at SGSM‘s monthly staff meetings with representatives from each of the parishes. SGSM provides a wide variety of services and activities for seniors of the South Grand area.
