Evangelization
"The ongoing endeavor to grow in our own faith and conversion to Jesus Christ; to make known the good news of Christ to others; and to work with all people of good will to transform society with the values of Christ" is the working definition of evangelization given by Martin W. Pable OFM Cap in his book, RECLAIM THE FIRE: A Parish Guide to Evangelization (Notre Dame IN: Ave Maria Press, 2002).

It is the vision that guides our efforts in this dimension of our lives of faith. How this might work out on the parish level here at SMOS is one of the objectives of our 2005 Strategic Planning Process. More detail as to our objectives and organizational framework will be forthcoming by the end of the year.
