| Finance Committee |
The role of the Finance Committee is
to advise and assist the pastor in the
financial administration of the parish.
More specifically, the committee assists
in developing the annual budgets for parish
and school and monitoring these during the
course of the year, in providing financial
reports to the Parish Council and to
the parish and school communities, in
making recommendations regarding the parish
reserves and regarding all other issues of
a financial issue. Membership consists of
eight to twelve parishioners (including a
parishioner member of the school board,
recommended by the school board president)
appointed by the pastor. The committee meets
monthly except in July.
