| Physical Plant and Facilities Committee |
The role of the committee is to advise and assist
the pastor in the oversight of the physical
facilities of the parish, i.e. church,
school, rectory, and ICSH parish center.
More specifically, it conducts a review of the
status of all parish properties and their
systems, develops a list of priorities for
work to be done to ensure proper and timely
maintenance, reviews bids and recommends
contracts for projects, organizes parish
volunteers for projects that can be done
in-house, and whatever else ensures good
stewardship of parish properties. Membership
consists of eight to ten parishioners
appointed by the pastor. The committee
meets monthly except in July.
