| Conference Mission and Purpose |
"Called by baptism and inspired by Gospel values,
the members of the society of St. Vincent De Paul seek
to grow spiritually by serving the needy and
suffering in a spirit of justice and charity"
The Saint Margaret of Scotland Conference of St.Vincent
De Paul serves the friends and neighbors
in need within our parish boundary with financial,
material, and spiritual support while at the same
time growing closer in our own personal relationship
with Jesus Christ.
The Saint Margaret of Scotland Conference of St. Vincent De Paul
assists an average of fifty families each month
with financial assistance for utilities, rent, furniture, clothing,
medical expenses, funeral assistance, and tuition;
material assistance with food, cleaning,
paper, and personal hygiene items;
and spiritual support through prayer
and personal interaction.
