Tuesday, February 25 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church – 3864 Flad Ave, Saint Louis, United States
LOCATION: Parish Hall - Church Basement
The news is flooded with reports of immigration-related executive orders, proposed legislation, cuts in services, and the threat of enforcement raids. Amid the noise, many of our St. Louis neighbors in immigrant communities are suffering. Some fear for themselves, their children, or for family members stranded at the border.
If you’d like to better understand the changing environment and how we can show compassion to our neighbors in these times, please join the SMOS LJM Immigration Team for this informative presentation on Immigration 101. The dialogue will include details about current immigration policy both in the U.S. and in the State of Missouri, discussions with legal experts, and things you can do to support our immigrant community with mercy and compassion.
The evening is co-sponsored by the St. Louis Archdiocese Immigration Task Force. See the flyer below for other details – and click the link to let us know you’re coming.
