Legacy Sunday 2025

The weekend of November 1-2, 2025, our parish will be joining other Catholic communities across the Archdiocese of Saint Louis in celebrating Legacy Sunday, a special opportunity to reflect on how we can help ensure the faith we cherish today is passed on to future generations.

Legacy Sunday is not a fundraiser, it is an educational initiative designed to help us understand the value and impact of planned giving, which is often times a gift from your will or estate. Whether it’s remembering our parish in your will, naming the parish as a beneficiary, or exploring other forms of planned gifts, these thoughtful acts of selfless generosity will make a lasting difference in the life of the Church.

Just as we are blessed today by the sacrifices of those who came before us, we are called to be stewards for those who will follow. Planned giving is one way we can express gratitude, leave a legacy of faith, and support the mission of our parish for generations to come.

At the Masses, you’ll hear more about how planned gifts can support our parish, maintain our sacred space, and uplift the faith of future Catholics. There is no second collection associated with the weekend. What you will hear is intended to offer you a prayerful way to consider ways to continue your support of our parish.

Please pray about your legacy and join us in embracing this beautiful opportunity to build a bridge between past, present, and future.
