Happy Holy Week!
Once in a while, our calendar falls such that we have school on Holy Thursday. Given that this is the first day of the Triduum, the holiest time of our Church year, we are devoting our day to preparing our hearts and minds for the celebration of Christ’s passion, death, and Resurrection. Our students will spend the morning meeting saints and walking through the events of the Triduum. The day will culminate with all of our K-8 students going to adoration together. Check out the schedule below to see what’s happening, and please feel free to join us throughout the morning!
Morning With the Saints → 8:00 – 9:30 AM
Come visit our 7th graders as they share the stories of saints they admire with our school community. They will be located in the gym and cafeteria, and they will be dressed to impress!
Exploring the Triduum → 8:45 – 10:45 AM
Travel across our school campus and dive into the different parts of the Triduum. Beginning with Christ washing the feet of his apostles and ending with him being placed in the tomb, our students will do different activities to help connect with Christ as he walks this path.
Adoration → 11:15 AM
Please join our school community as we spend time in front of the Blessed Sacrament! This is the greatest gift we can give our students as we prepare for the holiest time of the Church year. There will be time for quiet prayer and music.
