SMOS Field Day 2025 will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025. This is a half-day, so all grades will participate in the morning, starting at 8:15am and ending at Noon.
Field Day is a fun-filled event where students take part in various games and activities that promote teamwork, physical fitness, and school spirit. This year, all students from kindergarten through 8th grade will be participating with their Faith Families – you might recall, these are the small, mixed-grade groups that encourage community and connection across age levels. It’s a day of laughter, friendly competition, and celebration for the entire school!
Students should wear sneakers and their SMOS class-colored t-shirt which they received last Fall from the PTA. If they can’t find that one, if it no longer fits, or if it’s lost in the laundry with those other five missing socks – any SMOS will do. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen before school and to bring a water bottle labeled with student’s name.
Field Day is right around the corner and we need YOU to make it a huge success!

We a looking for parent volunteers to help with set up, with leading stations, and with clean up. You can sign up for any or all of these opportunities – join for one or stay and play all morning! Click the sign-up link below.
In addition to in-person volunteers, we are also looking for parents who maybe can’t make it in-person, but would like to help out with supply donations for Field Day! Some of these things can be saved and used for future years. Here is the link to sign up to donate
