St. Margaret of Scotland Families:
This week officially marks the end of our first round of NWEA testing. It also marks the last time we will be taking the Iowa Test of Basic Skills as we complete the phase-out of the ITBS test for the NWEA test. After completing the tests, we will give teachers time to evaluate our students’ progress in order to better inform their teaching. Expect test results to be distributed to parents in early October.
After the test results are returned to parents, I will compile a report on our school’s test results as a whole and publish them in the newsletter in mid-October. Just looking at some of the preliminary reports, our students continue to impress with their achievements and growth.
