I grew up in a family full of educators in Central California. While in college, I worked as a substitute paraprofessional focusing primarily on students with special needs. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Science from CSU Stanislaus, I moved to Virginia to pursue a career as a pastry chef. I relocated to Saint Louis in 2016 to be closer to family and soon heard my true calling into education. I hope to someday further my own education and receive my teaching certificate. I love to spend time with my two nieces, go to the zoo, garden in my yard, and take long walks with my dog, Tucker.
