I am blessed to be a part of the St. Margaret of Scotland school community and treasure the many friendships that I have formed. I am a St. Louis native and proud to enjoy the diversity of city life.
I attended Rosati-Kain High School and graduated with a B.A. from the University of Missouri St. Louis. My degree is in Elementary Education, and I am certified to teach grades 1-6. I am always looking for opportunities to challenge myself and enhance my education by attending various conferences and workshops.
Throughout my twenty years as an educator, I have taught first and second grade homerooms as well as third, fourth, and fifth grade departmental. I do my best to provide a nurturing, positive learning environment where each child can find success.
I have attained my Paul VI Catechist certificate and am passionate about teaching the Sacraments and living the works of the Gospel through social justice. I have been trained in Top 20, Mindfulness, and Love and Logic. I work to incorporate those philosophies into my everyday interactions with students and families.
I am currently teaching second grade at St. Margaret of Scotland School. I enjoy traveling, reading, cheering for the Cardinals, and spending time with friends and family.
