Ms. Kirner started teaching 2nd grade at St. Margaret of Scotland in August of 2020. She loves seeing the lightbulb moments go off in students’ minds when working with them and hearing their insightful questions. Her favorite part about SMOS is how welcoming the entire community is.
Ms. Kirner grew up in Catholic schools in St. Louis and loves that she gets to continue her journey here at St. Margarets. She attended Ursuline Academy and went on to Truman State University. She graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Child Studies. She continued her journey at Truman to complete her Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Early and Elementary Education in May of 2020.
In her free time, Ms. Kirner enjoys baking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
