Linsey Calza teaches general music to preschool through fifth grade students and choral music to sixth through eighth grade students. She received her Bachelor of Arts in K-12 Music Education (double major in piano and voice) from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2011 and her Master of Arts with an emphasis in Kodály Music Education in 2014. Born into a musical family, Linsey has played the piano since she was 5 years old and has enjoyed making music with her 3 older sisters throughout her life. She has sung with and played for church choirs for most of her life. She worked as a cantor and section leader for the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis, a cantor at the Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, IL and played and led masses on campus while receiving her undergraduate degree. She has also sung with the St. Louis Chamber chorus for two years. Currently, Linsey is enjoying spending time with her growing family and sings with the St. Margaret of Scotland parish choir.
