After graduating from Truman State in 2010, I became a social worker, working with families through the Department of Public Safety. Through helping these families, I realized my true passion lies in teaching young children. I switched careers, working in the Tulsa Public School system for a year before moving to Reno and working for five years as a pre-K teacher at CSA Head Start. Two years ago my family moved back to St. Louis, and I began working at St. Margaret of Scotland as a 4th grade teaching assistant. I have truly found a home at SMOS and am thrilled to be sharing my love of learning with our youngest students in the newest pre-K classroom.
Have a question or comment about the St. Margaret of Scotland school community? We’d love to hear from you!
