SMOS #iGiveCatholic 2025 – Join Us To Celebrate #GivingTuesday

#iGiveCatholic – #GivingTuesday Day Of Giving

Tuesday, December 2
Virtual: bit.ly/SMOSiGiveCatholic2025

We’re Participating in #iGiveCatholic, and We Need You!

This #GivingTuesday, December 2, 2025, St. Margaret of Scotland is once again taking part in #iGiveCatholic, a day dedicated to supporting nonprofits like us and celebrating our shared Catholic faith. Your donation could be the key to helping us reach our goal of $7,000 to help us purchase new audio-visual equipment to be used for school assemblies, parish events, and the annual children’s musicals in the School Gym and in the Parish Hall.

Advanced Giving started November 17 and runs through Monday, December 1.

Please kindly consider donating so that we can reach out goal of $7,000 – whether it’s $5 or $500, every gift counts!

Check out this teaser video which went kind of viral (well, viral for a Catholic Church!) #PrayersForOrin

In it, Fr. John explains this year’s campaign, and what #iGiveCatholic is all about.

Here’s how you can help:

During the 24-hour online event on Tuesday, December 2 that is #GivingTuesday, be sure to follow along with our progress as the leaderboard climbs. Live updates can be found on that date at stl.igivecatholic.org.

Thank you in advance. We appreciate your faith in the work we do each and every day. Your prayers and support truly make a difference!

A SOUND IDEA

It’s like a silent movie around here with how bad the sound is in the School Gym and Parish Hall.

Join us for #iGiveCatholic on #GivingTuesday December 2nd – when we’ll be raising money for new A/V equipment for St. Margaret of Scotland Parish & School! Don’t make us resort to using title cards – help us improve our sound for assemblies, musicals, and other parish events!

Special thanks to Zoe Vonder Haar, Patrick Holley, Ruth Pera, Rheagan Reynolds, Mary Grace Villmer, and our amazing editor, Tim Craft, who pulled this whole thing together!!
