Once again, we are incredibly blown away by the generosity shown to St. Margaret of Scotland yesterday during this year’s #iGiveCatholic on #GivingTuesday.
Because of our wonderful SMOS community and donors like you, we were able to raise almost $10,000 (that’s over 140% of our goal amount) to purchase much-needed audio-visual equipment for the Parish & School. The extra funding means that we can add a few more items that we didn’t think we could afford, to our overall purchase. So, the extra funding is most welcome and will make a bigger impact to our SMOS community. These donations will increase the impact of many of our ministries – and it’s safe to say that nearly every parishioner and school family will benefit at some point from these technological additions to the Parish Hall and School Gym.
The exciting news is that currently, St. Margaret of Scotland is one of four organizations currently leading in the St. Louis Archdiocese in total donors, receiving gifts from over 100 donors (111 at current count). And for the first time, the online #iGiveCatholic platform is being held open for an additional week.
