St. Margaret of Scotland Families:
Next week, we will be celebrating ‘SMART Week’ at SMOS. St. Margaret of Scotland has been in partnership with Be SMART For Kids since 2024. This is a program that promotes gun safety and encourages important conversations about firearms that make our families safer. As a result, we will be holding several events next week that deal with the topic of gun safety using the nationally renowned Be SMART campaign. I invite you to attend the parent meeting next week on Thursday, August 28th, at 7:00 p.m.
Just a reminder that we do not have school tomorrow so that our faculty and staff can attend the funeral service of Corey Shorter. Mr. Shorter’s family has requested that people wear blue to the funeral, as it was his favorite color.
