We are still in awe of the generosity shown to St. Margaret’s during #iGiveCatholic on #GivingTuesday — the U.S. Catholic Church’s annual day of giving.
Because of amazing donors, we were able to raise over $9,000 (once we add in some offline donations) to go towards the purchase of new Gather hymnals for the choir, the musicians, and to replace the books in the pews. Each gift made yesterday will play a critical role in allowing us to serve our community and create a larger impact.
We look forward to what the SMOS Music Ministry will be able to do with the donations raised – we far exceeded our goal of $5,000 – which will not only enable us to obtain the Gather books but will provide additional funds to further enhance our Music Ministry.
We thank everyone as always for their incredible generosity and truly appreciate the support once again shown for St. Margaret of Scotland.
