This spring our Respect Life Committee sponsored an essay contest for the 8th grade students at SMOS. Students were prompted to think about what it means to show respect for life at all stages. After writing and sharing their essays with the committee, three were chosen to receive awards.

1st place – Courtney Shorter
2nd place – Poppy Curcuru
3rd place – Charlie Flatley
