St. Margaret of Scotland Families:

The next couple of weeks are going to be very important to the Sacramental lives of our students at St. Margaret of Scotland.  Our second graders and our seventh graders will be making the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation respectively.  These are beautiful events that help our students grow closer in their relationship to Jesus Christ and prepare our students to live their faith in a more meaningful way.  I commend our catechists – Mrs. Heithaus, Ms. Heffernan, and Ms. Kirner – for their excellent work in forming our students and preparing them for these sacraments.  I also ask that you keep our seventh-grade and second-grade students in your prayers as they reach this milestone in their formation.

We had a very lively week at St. Margarets.  On Wednesday, our fifth-grade dance team showed off their moves.  They did an awesome job.  We also had some fourth-grade students get interviewed for a piece on our relationship with Green House Venture (see this week’s Curriculum Corner for pics).  Stay tuned for more information on when that will come out.
