Principal’s Message 10-02-25

St. Margaret of Scotland Families:

In the Catholic Church, October is Respect Life Month. This month, we pray for and support all efforts that preserve the sanctity of human life.  We believe that God made us in his image and likeness, and because of this, all life is sacred and has inherent dignity.  Like last year, we will be working together with our Respect Life Ministry at the parish in their support of Our Lady’s Inn.  Our Lady’s Inn is a Catholic Charity that supports pregnant women and their children who are in need of housing and services.  Students will be collecting change that will be donated to Our Lady’s Inn.  The top-earning homeroom will win a donut party with Father Vien and Axel.

I have also been getting lots of questions surrounding HalloweenFest and Halloween parties.  HalloweenFest and Halloween parties will take place on Tuesday, October 28th.  Students will be allowed to wear costumes on this day. We will wear our normal uniforms on Wednesday, October 29th, in deference to our celebration of Mass.

God Bless,

Patrick Holley
